Played with a turntable controller that is equipped with a cross fader, sample buttons, and an effects dial to match song tracks and add a personal touch for points.
Jay Z, Eminem, Grandmaster Flash, DJ AM, DJ Shadow and DJ Z-Trip are all contributors, with songs by artists such as N.E.R.D., 50 Cent, Beastie Boys, KRS-One, Gorillaz, Blondie and David Bowie.
Release date is October 27, 2009 with pre-order available now. $119.99 for Playstation 3, Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii and $99.99 for PS2.

Please remember that it is just a game and not meant to teach or replace the skills that DJ’s have worked so hard to attain. Just like Guitar Hero doesn’t teach you to play guitar, and Rock Band doesn’t actually mean you’re in a band. It sounds fun and I’m looking forward to playing it. I can see it now…clubs hosting DJ Hero battle nights.
